Captain Randy is a family man who has raised two lovely daughters who now have families of their own. He resides in Ridge, MD with his lovely wife Sandy. Capt. Randy is retired from the US Postal Service after years of dedicated service. In addition to Charter Boat Captain, Randy is Captain of the St. Clements Island tour boat. Capt. Randy has a Coast Guard Masters license and more than 40 years of experience fishing the lower Potomac and Chesapeake Bay. You can rest assured that Capt. Randy will do his best to make your charter experience a very memorable one.
